NANS ICON of Hope Award: Kwara PDP Congratulates State PRO, Sholyment
The Kwara state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has extended its congratulations to the dedicated State Publicity Secretary, Hon. Olusegun Olusola Adewara (also known as Sholyment), for being honoured with the prestigious ‘Icon of Hope’ award by the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Kwara JCC.
This well-deserved recognition took place on October 23, 2024, at 14, Saadu Alanamu Street, Flower Garden, GRA, Ilorin.
The Kwara PDP, led by Rt. Hon. Babatunde Mohammad was represented by the State Secretary, Comrade Abdulrahman Abdullahi Kayode, along with other dignitaries, celebrated this achievement and hailed the awardee as a true icon of hope for the voiceless masses.
The event was attended by former and current students’ union leaders from across the state and beyond.
The party lauded the students’ body for acknowledging Hon. Sholyment’s unwavering commitment and contributions to the struggle for a better Kwara.
Kwara PDP encouraged the students to continue promoting peaceful coexistence and to avoid any actions that may disrupt their academic pursuits.
