Trove Online Media Correspondent Idris AbdulGaniy Yinka secures PRNigeria Young Communication Fellowship’s 4-week Intensive training

TROVE online MEDIA correspondent Idris Abdulganiy Olayinka has been selected for the reputable and prestigious 2024 PRNigeria Young Communication Fellowship. The fellowship programme is set to commence on 2nd October, 2024 at the PRNigeria Centre, Ilorin, Kwara State Capital.

Idris will undergo a rigorous 4-week intensive training in the following key areas include; Strategic Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Fact Checking, Social Media, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in Journalism.

Idris Abdulganiy is an educationalist, academic scholar and a serial NGO volunteer. He started his journalism journey when he was an undergraduate at Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto UDUS. he was a campus journalist, former deputy Editor in Chief and Financial Secretary in his board Inter- Watch Press Board under the National Association of Campus Journalists (NACJ) UDUS Chapter.

He has attended many journalism programmes and trainings. He specializes in climate change reports, community development activities and educational programmes.

Idris expressed his profound appreciation to his organization Trove Online media for the opportunity and supports all the time, and promised to utilized the knowledge he’ll gain from the training to boost the organization.
