Isiaka Muritala Kayode
Yesterday marked the beautiful beginning of a productive and supportive family as the entire Saadudeen family, led by former Director Finance and Account, Kwara State Ministry or Works Isiaka Yusuf Adebayo, Hajia Falilat Ilobu, Hajia Fatimah Sulyman Alore among others formally handed over Taofikat Taiyelolu, the biological daughter of the late Muhammed Lawal Atanda, to her beloved husband, Mr Daud.
The colourful wedding ceremony drew people from all walks of life, who gathered to witness the joyous union held at Alhaji Atanda Latopa Street, Unity Avenue Estate, off Ikorodu Road, Lagos.
The event was a profound celebration of Ilorin’s rich Islamic heritage and enduring cultural identity, blending tradition, faith, and festivity in an atmosphere of warmth and unity.
In Islam, marriage is regarded as a legal and sacred contract instituted for noble purposes. In this spirit, the congregation offered heartfelt prayers for the couple, asking that their union be fruitful, successful, and built on mutual support—emulating the exemplary marriage of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Khadijah (RA).
