Captain Ahmad Mahmoud Declares Governorship Ambition in Kwara, Unveils Vision for Youths/women Empowerment and Innovation
Captain Ahmad Ibrahim Mahmoud has formally submitted his letter of intent to the Kwara State Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC), declaring his ambition to contest for the office of Governor of Kwara State in the 2027 general elections.
While receiving the letter, the Kwara State Chairman of the APC, Prince Sunday Fagbemi, commended Mahmoud for his bold step and assured him of a transparent and credible process within the party
.He unequivocally stated that the APC, under the leadership of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, will leave no stone unturned and will create a level playing ground for all aspirants
