The Commissioner representing the North Central Geo-Political Zone, Hon. Salihu Umar Agboola Balogun, has congratulated the Senator representing Kwara Central Senatorial District, Mallam Saliu Mustapha, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a goodwill message, Hon. Balogun described Senator Mustapha, who is also the Turaki Ngeri of Ilorin Emirate, as a rare leader and his political principal whose exemplary leadership, humility, and dedication to the empowerment of the people remain a source of inspiration.
