New NAHCON chair pays thank-you visit to Ganduje

The Newly appointed chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) Prof Abdullah Saleh Pakistan, has paid a thank-you visit to the national chairman of (APC), Dr Abdullah Ganduje barely 24 hours of his appointment.

It would be recalled that President Bola Tinubu approved the appointment of Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman as the Executive Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) after the sack of Jalal Ahmad Arabi.

Even though no reason was given for his removal, his conduct of the last Hajj has been the subject of investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

President however charged the new Chairman of NAHCON to discharge his duties with integrity, transparency, and utmost fidelity to the nation.
