Secondly, he has the support of eight groups that played a crucial role in his governorship of Kwara State, which lasted for eight years. During his tenure, Saraki implemented various reforms in agriculture, infrastructure, health, education, power generation, and environment policy, which likely endeared him to these groups.
Lastly, there’s the group associated with Abdulfattah Ahmed, who succeeded Saraki as governor of Kwara State. Ahmed’s governance and policies may have attracted a distinct set of supporters who align with Saraki’s overall political vision.
